After analyzing the account, we identified common mistakes such as poorly assigned bids, lack of search intent segmentation, and inefficient structures. Through a complete restructuring and a data-driven strategy, we were able to scale campaign performance, reduce ACoS, and significantly increase sales.

Our client is an emerging Spanish brand in the health & wellness sector, selling natural supplements on Amazon. Despite having a high-quality product and positive reviews, their advertising campaigns were not generating the expected results. The active campaigns had poorly optimized structures, with no proper segmentation or control over daily budgets. This resulted in high spending and a low return on ad spend (ROAS).

Challenge

The main challenge was to transform inefficient campaigns into a profitable strategy. The client had no clear performance history and had not applied segmentation based on purchase intent. In addition, manual campaigns and match-type structures were not being used, and negative keywords were not being implemented correctly. The goal was clear: reduce ACoS and scale conversions without increasing the daily budget.

    We created manual campaigns separated by match type (Phrase and Exact), optimizing each with specific keywords for every stage of the funnel.
